Nicole and Ross Carlo are the proud owners of Rivadestra Pizza & Pasta, a family-owned Italian restaurant nestled on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River in Darlington Point.

Established by the Carlo Family in 2008, Rivadestra serves a delicious variety of authentic pizzas, pastas and kids' meals, making it the perfect place for the whole family to enjoy.

Three generations of our family have played a part in Rivadestra's journey. From the unwavering support of our parents, to our son and daughter growing up in the restaurant and now working alongside us, family has always been at the heart of everything we do.

Our passion for authentic Italian food has been shaped by Ross's Calabrian heritage, with traditional recipes, techniques and a love of cooking passed down through the generations—from his Nonna to his mother, and now to our own family. Those traditions continue to inspire the food we proudly serve today.

In addition to the restaurant, we also offer short-stay accommodation, including guest accommodation above the restaurant and a fully furnished townhouse, providing comfortable stays for visitors, families and workers in the area.
